"NONFUNCTIONAL A/C! Nothing worse than arriving at your family vacation rental I’m 108 degree phoenix summer and finding the interior of your pricey vacation rental at 93 degrees!! With error codes showing. Of course there is no concerned owner ….. only a management company giving robot replies to my urgent texts, followed by empty promises of “looking into it”. Of course we ended up in a hotel and still waiting on a refund!"
