「Overall very good」

「The good: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy though the bedding was super thin and threadbare. The bad: the room was not clean. There was hair, dried soap drips and a ring in the bathtub, the tv screen was smeared with some kind of grease and the floors were gritty. The ugly: the mattress slid off the frame when we put my small suitcase on it, requiring us to pull the bed away from the wall to put it all back together. The wall behibd/under the headboard was...

I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. 「This Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. the restaurant downstairs (not affiliated) was terrific too :) The front counter staff person was super friendly and helpful and the room was quite new, I had some trouble getting the TV going but I attribute that to my age ;) LOL The free & secured underground parking was also a plus 」

「We did not have a kitchen but a microwave and fridge are in each unit, very clean, comfortable rooms . We feel very safe there and good parking, always quiet , comfy beds and a good sleep. Staff is wonderful also and very accommodating. Ed Bell」
