「掃除はスタッフの皆さんが清潔に維持している感じで好感が持てました。 お部屋について、テレビは通常のテレビチャンネルを見ることができず、YouTubeやネトフリを自分のアカウントでログインして見れると言っていましたが、試しませんでした。 施設の設備に書いてある物しかなく、ティッシュペーパーはありませんでした。キッチンペーパーかトイレットペーパーを使うように言われました。 また、ボトルウォーターのサービスやコーヒーなどはチェックインした日だけ頂けるとのことでした。 水は熱湯や冷たい水をランドリーにあるウォーターサーバーから入手することはできました。今回の旅行で、メキシコの物価の高さに驚きました。事前に必要なものは持っていくと良いと思います。 とにかく広い部屋で無駄なものがおいていないお部屋でした。 」

「Hotel is in a very good area. You can take any public transportation, a taxi, uber or DiDi. It’s between El Angel and Diana Casadora turn abouts. The only down for us were the people in the reception. Not friendly:-( other than that, the housekeeping and maintenance were great! They also have a rooftop patio with a great view. I would definitely stay there again hopefully with better receptionists.」

「I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. Despite staying there, housekeeping was never provided, so we had to manage without fresh towels or a cleaned room. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making an already frustrating experience even worse. Customer service was lacking from start to finish. Also, this property is advertised as a hotel, but it is really operated more like an Airbnb...
