「We checked in Sunday and unit was as described. Staff very friendly and helpful with everything. The next day the unit next door started a renovation and was crazy noisy. Contacted host and the next day he got us moved to another unit which I never thought would happen . This host went above and beyond to make sure we got a relaxing vacation . We are very thankful . 」

「Not sure why this review dates are Monday to Friday, as we were Tuesday to Saturday, but we really did enjoy this condo at ESTANCIA. As far as support, they helped me book airport rides. Concierge was available to help with the dinner reservations and taxis. We had a miscommunication on rates for one thing which they covered. When I checked in, a small repair was needed at the unit which they got done that same day.The kitchen is not fully stocked, but it has a good amount of supplies for...

「The host was most accommodating to our needs. It was particularly nice that beach chairs, towels and beach umbrellas were provided because we spent a lot of time at the beach.The available inside parking garage was also a plus.」

「Nice staff, clean apartment. However, the description needs to be updated: there is no restaurant or bar anymore, the pool is not heated and downtown/beach is 30 mn away by walk or 10 mn by car. 」
