「I am extremly dissatisfied regarding my recent booking for an apartment that I was ultimately denied access to. Despite arriving at the premises at the scheduled check-in time, I was informed that the apartment was already occupied by another guest. "Nice location in Centro, walking distance to café Parroquia and el mercado de artesania, however noisy at night time as live music concert is everyday event just in front of this hotel. The instalation isn't new, some need to be repaired, especially shower room. No coffee marker in rooms except master suites. "
