「The check-in staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and had all the amenities. The bathroom was sparkling, the shower very good and there was a heated towel rail. The location is well signposted, has plenty of parking space and is an easy 15 minute walk from the centre of town.」

「Stairs to the rooms were quite steep but the room was great. Comfortable bed and lovely to have fresh milk and homemade cookies. Unfortunately the shower could do with some attention as water was really slow to run away.Good selection at breakfast, staff were friendly and very accommodating. Could do with either cleaning or replacing the carpet on stairs and landing as it’s very stained and does them no favours in terms of appearance. Overall great stay and would recommend.」

「We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare. The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious. 「Breakfast was good. Dinner was okay it is not freshly cooked on site but heated packaged meals, but served well. The bar was sell stocked, there isn't much around the Inn you would have to drive. No phone in the rooms, my Mother in law had an issue with her toilet running so she had to dress and go downstairs to the desk as her cell phone did not have service. However, the issue was resolved quickly. Staff was friendly.」

「16世紀から宿屋をやっているとの情報が出ていたが，本当に古いホテル。1階はパブとレストランで，地元の人でにぎわっている。お料理は大変おいしい。ステーキお勧め。Fish and Chipsも衣厚めな好きなタイプだった。古いので，階段が傾いていたり，部屋の床が傾いていてクローゼットが斜めになっていたりするのが愛嬌。大聖堂すぐそば。ホテルの駐車場は無いので，ホテルから徒歩5分くらいのBrown Street Car Parkに停める。ホテルで24Hのバウチャーを8GBPだったかで提供してくれるので，それをダッシュボードに置いとけばよい。」

「Overall the property needs updating, it was very clean when you consider that it does need a lot of work doing to fetch it up to a good standard. However good value for money and comfy beds.」
