"Perfect place to enjoy Japanese Onsen and Foods Great staffs!!!"

"They had a crib for my daughter which was super helpful. The staff was kind and also very helpful. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell to it. Overall though, I would still recommend it to others because it was a great place to go with a baby."

"Lovely hotel, quiet, clean, and well appointed room. Hot springs, hot tubs were really nice, and relaxing. Breakfast was splendid as well."

"The Front desk and Concierge were amazing and set me up for an amazing Japan Adventure"

"very clean room & great breakfast"

"Very cool hotel, great breakfast and the staff is amazing, we had a great time staying there"

"This small hotel is really cute. The rooms are clean, equipped and super nice! The staff was really helpful and polite. They have breakfast and they have 2 light meals during the day which were good and perfect for what they are. Really happy with the property and the experience. I loved the bathtub with view on the interior garden."

"The property was great. Friendly staff, great location and great amenities. I would stay there again."

"Beautiful property! Was extremely impressed with the living spaces. Although the space was slightly cramped when trying to open a suitcase, it was beautiful, comfortable, and had wonderful amenities including the private bath outside. We really enjoyed how close it was to Shijo-Omiya Station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely looking forward to our next visit here."

"Place was beautiful and great location."

"Big, clean room in a great location. The hotel is well maintained and feels contemporary. The only caveat (which is to be expected in Kyoto) was the mass chaos of the breakfast buffet."

"Clean room, good location, nice staff"

"Amazing experience, the hospitality is out of this world!"

"Perfect hotel to stay"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a perfect central location close to everything. The staff were fantastic and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was excellent, and the hotel is a perfect choice for travelers who prefer exploring local cafés and restaurants for breakfast rather than having a typical hotel breakfast buffet. If you prefer to grab something to eat and enjoy it in the lounge, there are plenty of convenient...
