The experience was outstanding and our room and the service was impeccable! The staff were extremely hospitable and very helpful throughout our stay. The sushi dinner was also incredible and the hotel bar was very cosy for a post dinner tipple! We will definitely be coming again when we next visit Kyoto!!

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The only thing that lets it down is that the rooms are definitely not sound proofed and are quite close together. We could hear every noise, and the walls are so thin we could hear noise from other guests TV’s.

The attention to every detail is meticulous in every sense. PIA Interiors are masters at creating an environment which captures the true culture of the space. The staff are amazing, food equally as amazing. I extended my stay for these reasons.

Amazing service. Highly attentive staff. Clean hotel. Walkable to kyoto station. Great ramen spot a block down . Food was great . Pool was great. Not amazing views but everything else made up for it . Tv volume only went up to 30 but we called and they came and reprogrammed the TV so it went higher. No complaints here . Would definitely stay again . Highly recommend!

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff was very nice but we found the language barrier harder here. The staff spoke English but didn’t seem to understand very well. Google translate is a must here. The service is very relaxed - it took almost an hour for our luggage to arrive from the bell desk to our room.

Es un hotel fabuloso, impecable. Con un toque totalmente japonés, las habitaciones amplias y modernas. Sus jardines bellísimos y el bar está increíble. Yo volveria allegar sin duda alguna.

Although the pool has height restriction on kids, which might be a disadvantage for families travelling with small kids, the overall stay at Dusit Thani is very pleasant!
