Lovely hotel and staff. We really appreciated the hot springs in hotel daily after lots of walking. Will recommend this to anyone going to Kyoto however only downside was expensive to eat in the hotel.

The hotel itself is beatiful breakfast is plentiful but little options for vegan the rooms are small the location is perfect. The onsen is very nice the only issue we had was that it was closed the evening we arrived without any advance notification
