"The staffs were extremely helpful during the check in by carrying all luggage’s and guided us all the way to our rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious. The onsen in the room is well maintained and with great view. The breakfast was way beyond expectation. Although the hotel is a bit far from train station, by the hotel shuttle service made it very convenience. Great hotel and excellent service!"

"Pros: Hotel is conveniently located next to the station, so it's easily accessible from the train. Bath facilities were well-maintained and spacious. Room was fairly large and had an amazing view of Odawara. Breakfast room also had a nice view of Odawara. Breakfast had a good selection of local delicacies and breakfast food. Hotel is in the same building as the free foot bath. Cons: finding the hotel front desk was a bit confusing, we didn't realize there were elevators for hotel guests until the last day, so using the common elevator was time consuming."

"From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. It made me want to extend my stay. Staff was awesome, everyone was very helpful from the door men to the cooks. Dinner was delightful, breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very clean from the outside to our room. The rooms are beautiful, we had the river view room. All the amenities where great & clean. 10/10 i recommend. I will be returning"
