"Convenient location, enjoyed many activities around Kona, walkable to town. Several great snorkeling beaches in the area. Easily accommodated 6 adults, enjoyed the lanai and views every morning and evening! The pool /hot tub are great. The only issues is the carpet is stained in several spots, some outlets don’t work, and the dishwasher smells musty. But that being said, I would definitely book again. Location made everyone in our group happy!"

"Lovely oceanfront condo with amazing sunset views! Loved falling asleep every night listening to the ocean waves crashing very nearby. Pool/hot tub/BBQ just steps away and conventionally located close to restaurants/bars. Will definitely stay again when heading back to the Big Island!"

"Perfect beach front location. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Quiet condo complex with a well maintained property and nice pool/hot tub. The free garage parking kept our car cool. It was nice to be close enough to walk in to town. Watching the waves from the lanai was wonderful. The air conditioner had stopped working before we arrived but it was replaced on our first full day here and the new one worked great! We appreciated the attentiveness and how quickly the unit was replaced. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. "
