「Beautifully located with views over lake and hills. Great manor house wooded interior with a maze of landings and hallways. Decorated in a great jumble of styles. Breakfast was excellent, served and cooked well. Room was clean and well maintained. Definitely would return. Grumps…no wifi on top bedrooms. Heating was controlled centrally and was chilly.」

「This is more of a motel than a hotel but service and staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was large and tidy. The only niggle, could have done with a non slip bath mat but I never got around to asking for one. The Food was good and plentiful and the kitchen produced our order promptly on the two nights we ate there. I would stay there again.」

「The hotel roomed seemed spacious and clean. The shower ran out of hot water first thing in the morning. I had to take a cold shower at 7 in the morning because the warm water just went away and I had the handle turned all the way to hot. Not a great experience. And my husband was charged $10 for a small bowl of cereal and a coffee which is steep. 」
