ブロムスグローブ地区 ホテル

「Comfortable rooms, polite and friendly staff. Breakfast of decent quality. Rooms are well equipped but tired (Iron didn’t turn on, bathroom extractor not working, ceiling fan motor noisy). Ample parking on site. Restaurant food at dinner was really good.」

「Very friendly staff」

「ショッピングモールまで歩いて10分もかからず行けるのでとても便利でした！」

「Clean and quiet hotel, staff very helpful. There are roadworks by the hotel which has closed the main junction to it. Taxis will not pick you up, as they need to drive miles round to get to the hotel.」

「Absolutely beautiful. Everything about our stay was superb and would highly recommend.」

「Stay clear! Don’t know when the photos were taken but it’s not like that now! We arrived at house and knocked door to get access to lodge… no answer! Just a faded note we couldn’t read and guttering falling around front door. Anyway thought we would go to lodge to see if we could find anyone only to find mouldy doors, cracked dirty render, rusty cars in parking area and piles of junk outside every door to lodges! Hence we left and booked a holiday inn which was good! I’ve asked for a refund...

「Beautiful clean room , for an old building the creaky , slopping floors were as expected. Very well stocked breakfast but I wasn’t sure where we were supposed to eat it so we went back to our room so perhaps trays should be provided? My only problem was the wedding / house side , I think it confusing. Even though the staff were very friendly, I felt in the way the next day after check out as the bridal party were setting up for their wedding. Perhaps an area could be set up for non wedding...

「Historic pub with friendly staff and small but clean rooms. Visit the station cat and Parry People Mover train,on Europe's shortest public railway.」

「Arrived, to check in. No one around. Rang the doorbell no response, rang the phone number, voicemail. Waiting 20 minutes, range the phone number no response, rang the door bell again, no response.. Asked next door if anyone was around, didnt know anything. The left hand side of the hotel has an area you can see through the window, absolute tip. To add insult to injury, today i got a message from them asking how was my stay when they would know i hadnt checked-in. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.」

「Lovely house. Brilliant location same great communication」
