「Wow what a place, clean modern and quiet rooms and the breakfast was fantastic. Convenient for a stop along the M5 if required.」

「Nice place. They mean it when they say limited housekeeping as you're expected to sort all trash, wash out containers, & put them in their appropriate recycling bins. If you don't like country or narrow roads this isn't the place for you but I live in the country so didn't bother me except for the really narrow badly kept roads. They only supply 1 key & you have to use it to even lock yourself in so if others in your party leave you're left with being locked in & not being able to get out or...

「Very agreeable, traditional hotel in just about the most quintessentially English town you can get. In the town centre and in the right direction if you're coming by train. Will happily return.」

「Always enjoy our time here but it was a shock to find that access to the spa is no longer included. Expedia should make this clear on their website as the reviews all say how lovely the spa is butno mention of the £15 per person each day required which puts an additional £60 on an overnight stay if you want to go in when you get there and before you leave.」
