In the first room TV and various lights weren’t working, they gave me a second room and heating didn’t work initially. Mattress was very poor and uneven to sleep on, you could feel every spring. Biscuits on floor down back of work desk, a faulty leaking shower head, the list goes on. It became apparent wondering around the hotel that it was an old Hilton that’s been taken over at some point and can only presume it hasn’t been updated since it was built in the 90’s I’m presuming. Breakfast was also very poor - I won’t be returning to this property.

Hotel is well located for the motorways just a couple minutes off of the junction. Nice hotel with bar. The restaurant was shut when we stayed so cannot comment- however` there are excellent steak houses near by. The pool was nice and quiet and a nice addition to their facilities. It is good value for the money

Room was clean and beds were comfortable, the hotel needs a referb as things are looking tired. Swimming pool was good wasn’t advised about paying extra and hotel is card only. Breakfast was good for choice. Staff were friendly and food in the bar area was good. Will stop again.

Tired old dump. Tired exterior. Dirty linen cages dumped on car park, no air con, small uncomfortable bed. Low quality inedible breakfast and undrinkable coffee. Bottom of the market tired old dump.

Very good for a Brittania hotel, Gym & Pool were reasonbly good, breakfast was ok, fair range of hot & cold and a reasonable quality for mid range hotel. Staff were really nice and helpful. I stopped using hotel as they used to charge for parking, now back to free so I will come again.

I used the hotel for an overnight trip for Cheltenham races. It was good for a one night stay, a pool, comfortable. Evening meal on site and a good breakfast with helpful staff.

Good basic accommodation at reasonable value. Not a modern property, bathrooms somewhat dated, bed a little creaky, but all the basics you need and good space in the room. Nothing chargeable to your room (?) Eg adding breakfast or a drink at the bar pay at the time, but no cash taken. Satisfactory, without being special in any way.
