Co Loa Citadel

Prime Hanoi location, wonderful staff, one smelly little mystery 🛵 Hotel Solis is perfectly placed for exploring Hanoi on foot. We walked everywhere, and the food around the hotel was fantastic. We even tried Grab delivery when the kids were craving burgers, and found some that hit the spot. The rooftop pool and bar are fairly average, but after a long day of pavement pounding, a cool-off dip is exactly what you need. The rooms were clean, but there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell that seemed to be coming through the vents. It was very noticeable, so it's worth getting looked into. Breakfast was okay. Not a huge selection, but that's fair for a hotel this size. The real stars were the staff. Viet and Liz went above and beyond to make our stay great and gave us brilliant tips on where to go and what to see. A great little place to stay, and if that smell gets sorted, it'd be a winner. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there

My stay at the hotel was just amazing.Upon arrival the check in was similar to the four seasons hotel. I was greeted by a stuff member with a drink who gave me an orientation. The Hotel was very clean and very attractive. The room was great clean and spacious. The stuff was wonderful I couldn't ask for better. I would definitely recommend this great boutique hotel.
