"Great place to relax and enjoy the view of the city lights at night very peaceful place. Fantastic experience at Royal Premium Hotel Hanoi. Even before we arrive in Hanoi, I could exchange with Anna who had been a huge help in organizing several day trip around Hanoi for our arriving. She is really a star! Lee Pham, Da, Anna and the other people in the team have been sooo welcoming, always helpful and smiling we did really enjoy our stay with them. The members of the team always remembered our program for which day. They took care of us really well and the ladies at breakfast where absolutely lovely. We would like to thanks a hundred time the whole team for making our stay soo enjoyable! We would definitely recommend your hotel and come back to it if we travel back to Vietnam. "Could be a bit cleaner, housekeeping only completed every 2 days. Washer/dryer was convenient but took 4-6 hours for each load to complete. "

"Many good thing as about this hotel. The staff are the best from anywhere we have stayed in southeast asia. Specially Flower and Jasmine. There were plenty of sitting areas. The pool looked good but it waa too cold to use. We arrived late and the kitchen waa closed but the cook offered to make pizza for us. The grab was very cheap to old town. "We stayed here for five nights mainly for sight seeing. The property was nice. The staff was friendly. We chose West Lake for quietness. We were disappointed that there was no prior communication about the big construction in front of the hotel - apparently it will go on for a year or more. It was far from the greenery as per their photo. Construction noise woke us up at 6am on our first night. We managed to change to quieter apartment the next day but this had already affected our energy on the day and plans. Suggest to be transparent about the noise situation early when customers book or enquire. Pay closer attention to customers with quiet apartment request at check in. The sauna just wasn't hot enough and was difficult to use with unclear instructions. The breakfast wasn't on par with hotels like Lotte or Melia Vinpearl on a similar grade."
