「We had a lovely stay. It was quiet, loved the fireplace in the room. It felt cozy and romantic. Location is very nice and staff is attentive. Would go back!」

「The staff were friendly and welcoming. The grounds are nicely maintained and clean. We were here during some pretty severe weather and did not get a chance to “hangout” on the deck. The room was clean and comfortable, I appreciated the coffee maker and refrigerator in the room.」

I have a particular room that is just really nice and it’s just a very comfortable place to be in, but of course one of the best things about it is the man at the front desk in the morning. He is a delight such a sweet individual. The ability to be able to not use my car and just walk down to Capitol. Village is phenomenal and I feel like I lived there because I go down there so often. If I had my druthers and I wish I did I could buy a place out near there, but these...

What's more, when I tried to leave the room early in the morning, the door to the front building was locked... I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights...

「Perfect location right on the sand in Santa Cruz! Could watch the waves and the surfers from the room and activity on the pier. Room was a good size. Enjoyed the convenience of the coffee cart in the lobby and the food and views at Jack O’neills were excellent! 」
