Initially inquired about the parking system, the only reply I received from their front desk staff is “vallet only” and no fee was mentioned. The only time i realized it was on my check out. As a part of the customer service, i believe ALL possible charges must be disclosed…"

"The staff for breakfast in the morning took very long to get the check to us and one of the women with us walked back in the kitchen to remind them of the check and the servers were standing in there just on their phones and then were rude about it............. "Great property in a very convenient location for multiple activities in Capitola. Check-in was easy. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed during the week, so town was quiet. Service was excellent, especially Julie. I left my sunglasses in the room and she called me to confirm they were mine and then sent them to me. I received them quickly and they were packed with care. We were able to park right across the street with the parking pass from the hotel. We left our car there and walked everywhere, including to the Shadowbrook for dinner. We would definitely stay there again."
