"Location…. 10/10. House is in dire need of upgrades. The furniture is falling apart and taped together (and could be seen in photos provided in albums at the home dated 1998) , pillows and duvets stained, cramped closets and living spaces, kitchen counter peeling off. Communication was good. When I sent photos of stains, the did purchase 3 new bed duvets. When I told them a door was hanging on by 1 hinge, they sent a handyman within 24 hrs. "
