My room and bathroom were spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. I could hear the people in the room above me. But I found my stay mostly quiet, and calm. Very nice. All the staff, but one, were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, and shopping. It's near the beach, but you, probably, wouldn't walk it. I didn't use the workout room or pool, but they looked lovely, and clean. The breakfast was fine. Lots of choices, good quality foods, well-prepared. All in all, I loved my stay. I would stay, again, for a little respite from home.

Weekend getaway.

We will stay here again. 15 min walk to the beach, 15-18 min walk to Capitola Village. Rooms are spacious and clean, complimentary breakfast offers good combination of cold/hot food. Waffles were the best! Property is well kept and staff was helpful. Hotel offers parking so you do not have to deal with the limited parking at the beach or in the village. Shadowbrook restaurant offers complimentary pick up from this location.
