「Clean and nice staff 」

「ad read reviews saying that the walls were thin and the room was noisy, and that the bed was never made during the three days, but I never thought I would actually experience either of those things. What's more, when I tried to leave the room early in the morning, the door to the front building was locked... I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights...

「The room was clean. It was quite warm when I got in, but the AC worked fine. The staff were friendly. The parking lot was small, but had plenty of spaces while I was there. The main reason I went for this hotel was location. It's right off Highway 1, near downtown Santa Cruz, & only a 10-15 min drive to Aptos where I had an event. I wouldn't say much is walking distance, but only a short drive. I did miss the turn the first time, but once I figured it out it was very easy to find. The pool was...

「The manager was very friendly and great customer service. We got a very spacious room. Right when you walked in there is bed and the next room was a bed and both queens beds and it can with a small fridge and freezer and microwave. The bathroom was pretty cool and the hotel was worth the price. I also need additional room so to my family member wanted to stay the night and instead of sharing beds they hotel manager gave as other room for a cheaper prices of $79 and that room was in its own...

「It was my first stay at this inn and it was a wonderful experience! The pool was lovely and they even had an area for ping pong and frisbee. The staff was very welcoming and nice. They even had pastries and coffee/tea in the morning for guests. I really enjoyed my stay the rooms are nice and well kept! I would recommend this place! 」

「Very clean and well appointed cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is better stocked with utensils and cookware than many people's home kitchens. Discovered a small hiccup with the plumbing that required contacting hosts--Verbo's platform made it challenging to get in touch with them in a timely way but it was eventually worked around. 」
