「When I arrived, the front desk was already closed and there was no staff present. As a result, despite finally reaching the hotel exhausted, I was unable to check in that night. According to the listing on Hotels.com, check-in was supposed to be available until midnight, but in reality this was not the case. I would therefore like to request a refund.」

「Beautiful site. Hot showers. Clean bathrooms. Great amenities. Nikki was great. Very helpful.」
