「The staff was very kind and helpful. Trevor was extremely helpful with check-in and anything else we needed! He was truly the goat. The room itself was clean and very nice. The only complaint I had is we were staying in a two bed room and one bed was insanely squeaky. Everytime they moved at night we were waking up. But our bed made no noise at all. Its crazy how much noise it made.
Other than that, amazing stay. Will be staying again if I come to Santa Cruz for another over night. 」
「We loved our stay - the hotel pool and hot tubs were our favorite. The weekend pool party with a DJ was a fun scene. The lobby decor and games had a unique vibe. The restaurant food was good and we enjoyed eating at the pool. Our room was cute and clean, but a little tight for a family of four. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found great, affordable food options very close to the hotel. 」
