I was greeted as I walked inside to check in for my room reservation. During my check in I was offered complimentary wine or beer of my choice! The rooms were nice and comfortable. Later I had a cocktail along with a nice dinner. A+

I absolutely loved this property as it felt like a resort rather than a hotel. The staff was very friendly, the venue was spectacular especially in regards to the pool, bar, and restaurant, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Santa Cruz.
