"The moment you pull into this hotel you feel luxurious. The staff is amazing from the time you get out of your car. Everyone was helpful and smiling.The room was awesome, we had a King room with a balcony view of the ocean. The pool is amazing with firepits and views of the beach.Our bartender at the pool was April, she was the best,gave us some tourists spots to see.We had dinner at the low tide bar,the food was amazing and the drinks were awesome,we loved talking with our bartenders and Dylan (double d) and Alicia were very attentive and friendly. We cant wait to go back to this resort. I am already planning my next trip."

"I was surprised at the size of this hotel! From photos it looked like a cute little Victorian. However there is a very large building with lovely courtyards and a convenient parking lot. They have spacious rooms beautifully decorated and it just blocks away from world famous Cannery Row. The only drawback I found was with the size of the hotel, the dining room during breakfast was packed and chaotic. The food was decent however and the wonderful staff kept the buffet full. "
