「Awesome building and location. Going through hotels.com created some complexity on the communication front. One big issue with this property is parking. You have to give them the details on your car 48 hour prior to arrival which is tough with rental cars. 」

「We stayed in Julie’s studio over the weekend for my daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect location for heading out to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the close beach, and Santa Cruz. They had a cot available for my daughter though she did end up in the bed with us. Julie is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating! It was the perfect place and size for us for our trip. 」

「I stayed here for 4 nights and was very comfortable during my stay. There was a full kitchen so I was able to buy a few groceries to make some meals. It was very clean when I got there, bathroom and shower was clean as well. There was no noise at all. The guest house is attached to the main house, but I did not hear any noise from the owners of the home. I will definitely look for this rental if I am back in the area!」
