「We normally celebrate out anniversaries on the North Coast but for our 40th, we opted for a redwoods retreat closer to home. Wow, did we score. The Cottage in the Woods is a perfect getaway for two. 「Couldn't have been a better stay. The view is exceptional and peaceful. The property was clean, and exactly as advertised. The homeowner that lives upstairs was quiet. if you look at the pictures, you'll know exactly what you're getting, and it's less than 5 minutes to major roadways. I will 100% stay here again the next time I am in the area.」

「I was looking for a place for me and my 70 dog, Monkee, that was centrally located for some sightseeing in Monterey and Salinas, and I found it! Nestled between pine trees, Longhorn Steer (yes, you read that right), and lush greenery is a beautiful oasis. The place was clean, well-stocked and the large bed was comfy.
