「Our stay was very enjoyable. The clean room and amenities (toiletries, coffee maker minifridge) were very welcoming. Katina made our late check-in very smooth, and ensures that early breakfast request was fulfilled. The pastries, fresh berry fruit cup, and orange juice nourished us very well. Also, the grounds and views of the ocean took our minds to another place, off the beaten path. The quiet and clean property comforted us tremendously. We would love to make it our go-to place to stay when...

「The staff was very nice and at first we thought the room was up to par for our taste. Upon waking the next day we found dirty underwear in the bathroom and left over beer cans on and behind the dresser. We had a talk with staff and they apologized with a bottle of Champagne.」

「Great location! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable bed, and cozy place. Only negative was the neighbors upstairs were a little noisy, but not too bad. Brought a sound machine since it mentioned in the description. Would stay here again」

「This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.」
