This is a wonderful place to spend some time in Capitola and surrounding areas. The location allowed us to park and walk around the village and to the beach easily. It is a wonderful experience for a couple, with plenty of room for others in the family/livingroom. Just be a bit cautious of walking in the livingroom near the staircase, you could bonk your forehead. The kitchen is ready to cook with plenty of tools available.

The stay was great. The house has decent amount of room but still cozy also private parking. One thing i would suggest for the host is to include an extra foam pad for the couch bed becuase it is thin.

It is the greatest place I have had the privilege to stay. I could not recommend it more. Close to the sea, the River and Trestles. It is lovely. Stayed with my mum and dogs and it met every need. A wonderful little cafe right next door with organic beautiful food and little bakery snacks. I recommend going right at nine when they open because they get swamped! It is a lovely stay and %1000 will go back again. A beautiful place to bring your dogs or family or both.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming rental! The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It truly captured the laid-back costal charm of Capitola. Its location couldn’t have been more perfect which was right in the heart of Capitola Village, just steps away from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. We enjoyed being able to stroll everywhere without needing to drive. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is great for a romantic Beach weekend. It's definitely big enough for a family but the main sleeping area is A loft so there will be no privacy if you bring kids. It was amazing to have a dedicated parking spot in an area of town where all parking seems to be pay parking. Property was about 200 ft from the main tourist area with restaurants and shops. It was incredibly convenient, very clean, all Furniture / fixtures were stylish and clean. We loved the gas fireplace in the living room, push button start, no mess at all. We are already planning our next stay at this property!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to many essential spots, so we didn't need to drive at all. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The condo itself is very cozy, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day out. Highly recommend staying here!

Another trip to beautiful Capitola

I go once a year to visit my brother in Capitola and this time we decided to use a B&B. This place was perfect, kitchen was excellent, fireplace was very cool and you could not have had a better location. Easy to walk to stores shopping gift shops in the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to coming back next year. The communication with the property manager was perfect.
