"The cost and the package was not very clear. I didn’t know that the parking was additional. Otherwise, the hotel is located in downtown Santa Cruz, lots of options for food, grocery, and shopping. The room was decent, instant hot water, a welcome package, and coffee. I front desk when we had checked in was late, so no wait on checking in. On check out, it was noon, but no one was at front desk… so not much I can provide with that info. Overall, the stay was nothing out of this world. Above average."
