「Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of...

「The facility and the location were exactly what I needed: close to the beach, Capitola, and the Boardwalk; a beautiful, quiet room with blackout curtains; a very comfortable bed in a spacious room. All of this for an appropriately reasonable price. I'll definitely go back.」

「Overall the room was okay. Things would be a lot better if the host would answer her phone or call us back. I tried 3 different times to contact her, and could not. The bed is missing the center support, and sleep has been challenging, the bed feels broken. The fireplace. If it wasn’t for the fact that you could feel the heat coming from it, you wouldn’t know that it was on. Not very romantic. I am very disappointed in the host…」

「Nice family trip to the beach. The condo was spacious and the primary bedroom was fantastic. The other two bedrooms were small, but were still accommodating. The property is very well maintained. There’s paths to walk on for a nature walk and the beach has some hard sand that makes long walks on the beach very easy to do. There were 6 of us that went and there was plenty of space. Great stay!」

「Cute property but my complaints were, the listing stated a dishwasher and check out instructions mentioned to load dishwasher before leaving but no dishwasher to be found. I notified the host(Janiece, she was prompt and nice otherwise) she aplogized and asked us to wash our own dishes prior to leaving. I did it as a curtesy but I was not happy with that and was asked to load the towels in the washer prior to leaving. Why am i paying a cleaning fee if i have to clean up after myself? I don't mind...

「Girls weekend, the unit was great, cozy and clean. Weather was rainy but still utilized the hot tub and outdoor showers. Quick walk to the beach. Will definitely stay at this place again. 」
