Guests will have full access to the home, with the exception of the locked cleaning supply storage in the kitchen.

The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.



This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Nearest beach – Capitola Beach: about a 5‑minute walk from the property (steps from the sand and village shops)



Capitola Village – iconic shops & restaurants: about a 5‑minute walk (right in the heart of the village)



Nearest grocery stores - Nob Hill (5-minute drive or a 10-minute walk), New Leaf Community Markets/Trader Joe’s/Whole Foods on 41st Ave (5‑10 minute drive)



Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach – classic amusement pier/beach: about 10–15 minute drive (around 7.5 mi)



The Mystery Spot – quirky gravity illusion attraction: about 7 minute drive (around 3 mi)



The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park – redwood trails & nature: about 10–15 minute drive (around 8–10 mi)



Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park – old‑growth redwoods & hikes: about 15 minute drive (approximately 7.5–11 mi)



Monterey Bay Aquarium – world‑famous marine education center: about 40–50 minute drive (roughly 40 mi)

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a monthly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
