「This house is just as lovely in person as the pictures show. And the owners are amazing people that made a personal visit to make sure we had a working ceiling fan; above and beyond for sure! 「It’s a beautiful place but lots of stairs my kids and elderly parents had trouble with climbing up and down the steps in the front of the house only way to access the house and also the steep stairs in the house home was pretty dirty and garbage is were completely full and falling out onto the ground, which the owner did take care of after I pointed it out but not sure it was cleaned before our arrival due to cobwebs and stains on the pillows that we had a good time I just wouldn’t recommend it...

「Took a girl scout troop of (6) 16/17 year old girls. Location was perfect for the scouts to walk to nearby restaurants and the beach/boardwalk. Everything in the house worked great! Scouts were able to cook meals and the kitchen provided all the tools they needed. Kitchen windows have views of the beach and boardwalk. Management company was super kind and helpful. 「My bridesmaids and I stayed in this lovely property before my wedding in Soquel and we adored it. They provided super easy access which was great for a bigger group. Location was 11/10 too. 「I was in charge of booking a small home in Scott's Valley for a non-profit board that I serve on and lucked out with Jerry's property. The home was easy to get to, looked exactly like the listing, was extremely clean. Jerry was a welcoming host and graciously allowed us an early check in and late check out. 「This is our 4th year in a row staying here. We come at the end of summer each year and love the location, the house, and big plus for us is that it’s also pet friendly. 「I would have totally given this place 5 stars. The beds were old and uncomfortable and there wasn't a "list" of items that were damaged. I spent the first few taking pictures of damages we did not do. The rest of the the time I giggled about stepping back in time in this bungalow. It had everything we needed and the short walk to the village was awesome. It was perfect for my family. 」
