"I was really looking forward to celebrating my husband’s and my birthday weekend at this resort, but unfortunately, we left feeling underwhelmed. The property appears to be in need of updates and better maintenance. During our stay, the only outdoor adult hot tub was out of order, the cornhole set was worn and falling apart, and the steam rooms were unavailable during our scheduled spa treatments. We were also disappointed to learn that the food truck and poolside drink service were weather-dependent, which wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time. Additionally, the in-room products did not meet the level of quality we expected for a resort of this caliber. That said, we did really enjoy the restaurant, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming."

"The location was perfect! Cute area, perfect for walkable experiences. However, the cost for 1 night was a lot considering the place was decorated with mismatched furniture collected from a Goodwill. The towels were also overly use/washed and need to be replaced. The mattresses were AWFUL - they’re so old, Jesus probably slept on them. They should use the money from the over priced motel to get new items so people can actually enjoy the stay. "

"The house is big. Lots of space for everyone. Lots of stairs which are tile so a little hard for older folks. Beds very comfortable. Unfortunately there were ants all around the rim of the hot tub which we communicated on our first day but this was not addressed satisfactorily while we were there - very disappointing as the hot tub was one reason we rented this house. The dishwasher needs replacing. The coffee machine looked like it had never been cleaned thoroughly so the coffee was sludgy. Overall a great house in a great location. "

"This is a cozy, updated beach cottage! It close to the beach and walkable to local shops and restaurants. It's very comfortable and clean on a nice street. Only thing keeping this from a 5 star is that there was a leak in the bathroom sink that went onto the floor and wasn't fixed during our stay. Also I'd contacted the property management twice about getting a pack-n-play for our stay - they responded to acknowledge the request but never followed up to provide or decline it. Communication from the property management could be improved."

"For the price that we paid for this one the best thing was the views, on another note could of used a better cleaning prior to our stay, upstairs tv wasn't a smart tv it did have dvd player connected but I didn't have any dvd's with me, some of the BR wall mirrors had some corners chipped on them, the glass top on one dresser had a broken corner on it, the dining room table had a worn out piece of plexiglass sheet on it with a split on one side, the kitchen sink had a note on it saying to make sure sprayer is all the way retracted back in or else it would leak below. Like I said for what we paid I believe some of these minor issues could of been addressed other than that the views were amazing beautiful location "
