I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights...

Tyler at the front desk, made us feel welcomed and safe upon arrival, he was great!!!!! Perfect location for any plans, the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping! 「Overall the experience we had with this hotel was not the best. We booked a 3day 2 night stayed and had called in advance to inform them of our delay and notified them we would be arriving closer between 11-midnight. Front desk acknowledged and reviewed my itinerary. When we arrived to check in we were informed the room we had booked had been given to someone else and we had to pay a separate fee for a room similar to the one we had but that our previous payment would be voided.
