「Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!!」

「Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. 」

「Amazing atmosphere and very kind hosts, one thing to note, and honestly wasn’t too big of a deal but if you’re planning on sleeping in, there are kids and you are below them so it can get a little loud in the mornings; which is not a big deal at all because it is pretty clearly communicated, it just is something to note; they are very accommodating as well, overall a wonderful experience and will most likely be back」

「Super neat cozy pad. The hosts are friendly, responsive and helpful. FWI it’s a loft bed that has a solid ladder and plenty of hand holds but just a reminder for those not able or willing to access such. 」

「We love staying here! The yard is perfect and secure for dogs and the house has everything we need. We love the easy morning walk to Cat & Cloud for coffee and a pup cup and the evening walk to the cliffs over the ocean to watch the surfers and the sunset. It is in the perfect location!」

「Lovely, modern apartment. The spacious rooms and kitchen make it easy to relax. We were happy to have a washer/dryer to do laundry! We come to Capitola frequently, staying in the Village is awesome!! This apartment is clean, updated and great for a small family or group!」

「Clean and cute with great views. Also the unit kitchen is very well equipped for a rental. Plenty of pots and pans, micro wave, coffee maker, fast water heater-kettle, toaster oven, etc. Even had a knife sharpener! 」
