「Very convenient to access the Ramsay Park Family Center and shopping stores(e.g. Target). My children enjoyed pool there. The hotel's employees were so kind and helpful when we had some troubles in the trip. I recommend this hotel to my friends. I want to to use this hotel again.」

「It’s very small」

「Beautiful Inn and great location! Staff was super nice …」

「Room was spotless with a lot of nice amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well!」

「Everybody traveling through Santa Cruz should stay at the Monarch Cove Inn. Come to see the Monarch butterflies. Or watch for whales and otters from the deck! The rooms are pretty and comfortable. The staff are very helpful.」

「ad read reviews saying that the walls were thin and the room was noisy, and that the bed was never made during the three days, but I never thought I would actually experience either of those things. What's more, when I tried to leave the room early in the morning, the door to the front building was locked... I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights...

「A quaint hotel right smack dab in the middle of town…the free taxi to Shadowbrook was a plus! We walked everywhere which we appreciated as we enjoy a cocktail every now and then.」

「Clean nice place. No balcony in our room, nor kitchen but fridge and microwave. Lighting a bit too blue- sort of florescent. Proximity to beach hard to beat.」
