「Parking was easy. Floors were not clean. They were swept, but not mopped. Our feet turned black after a couple of hours. I would say this place is stingy. Probably because Santa Cruz is a touristy place. No early check in unless you pay. It was less than an hour before check in and our toddler needed a nap. They offer free coffee and tea in the morning, but no liquid creamers like coffee mate. It was an average hotel. Beds seemed clean. 」
