「Staff were all friendly, greeted us whenever they could; leaving cold water out for guests was a nice touch. Checkout was simple, we got everything that we paid for. I left my pillow behind and they were helpful in facilitating the return. I will add, however, that it seems like only one person was being helpful about it, bless her (Nicole).」

「I was staying because I had a medical procedure at a nearby facility and knew I'd benefit from having a room with a small kitchenette that would allow me to do what I needed to very early in the AM, since restaurants and stores would be closed.
But I also liked the availability of drawers and closet space that let me organize what I needed to for the procedure, before my appointment and afterwards.
