"I’m happy to say that this is our favorite hotel in the West San Jose/Campbell area. It is clean, bright and beautiful inside. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is excellent. When we arrived the gentleman working behind the desk went out of his way to make sure that a room was exactly what we wanted. It’s the only place I stay when I’m in town. Bravo Carlyle! "

"This was such a pleasant experience. The property was just like the photos. The furniture was in excellent shape, the decorations were tasteful and nice, everything was just as expected. The kitchen was well organized, cabinets were well stocked, organized and clean. Everything we needed was provided. We were impressed with the plush, oversized towels for showering and they were soft! The host, Luong was so friendly, welcoming us, info was provided about the surrounding areas with some key points shared, and when we did have a question, got back to us right away. We were even asked for our opinion on an issue so that told us that Luong was very concerned about making sure our stay and the stay of others would be even more comfortable in the future. We had a designated parking spot which was a dream since our nights tended to be late at night and we didn't have to struggle to find a parking spot as a safe spot was always available. If you are looking for a very comfortable, cozy, clean and organized "Home Away From Home", look no further. We definitely will rent again."
"This property is beautiful. It did not disappoint as with all Marbella Lane properties.The rooms and bedding were clean. The beds were super comfortable and had extra pillows. All amenities were as described.Every room has a/c. Just wish we had 3 prong plugs in the bedrooms to charge my devices.The backyard needs more grass, but the outside chairs and table were relaxing.
