"The main door peep hole had the hinge in the wrong spot so the cover was always allowing it to be open. Main door had poor sealing as outside air was seeping in. Sink installed the wrong direction so hot and cold water are on opposite directions of each other. Unless its meant that way, but it was not clear. Floorboards in main room was lifting a bit. Unpainted cracks in the wall. Table lamp didn't have any lightbulbs in them. Coffee maker water tank has mildew inside. No tea offered in room or in office. Just coffee in the rooms. No microwave in room, but had cute fridge. Office had water and microwave out and available but not tea/coffee. Willl not stay here again, but was still better than a Motel 6."

"very sparkly new/clean. Night staff was a little odd- no one was at the desk when we arrived and 2 others and I had to wait quite a while for someone to return to check in. In our room was a table lamp with no bulbs so we went back down to request bulbs and were told we should change rooms instead. After waiting to check in after a long day, we were tired and didn't change rooms. Why not just give us bulbs, I don't know. No coffee maker in the room, oddly. Microwave and mini fridge were there- fine for me since I travel with tea bags. Breakfast was very very basic. Cold hard boiled eggs, 3 types of dry cereal, some bagels, and packages of oatmeal. Airport shuttle was the hotel ordering and paying for an Uber which was interesting but worked fine. This hotel was perfect for us since we weren't there long -- good value for a VERY clean good sized room without a lot of frills, but with a shuttle to SJC."
