Things to note: one side of the building faces Hwy. 101 and the accompanying road traffic noise; the clock radio provided has a white noise feature that I relied on to manage possible sleep disruptions. Sanctuary Whale Watch Cruises. Went out on Monday June 1, 2015 and got lucky to see this big humpback whale breach (AND also get a photo!). While the whales are not feeding as frenzied as the past couple of summers, they are still plentiful. Keep your eye on the news as the summer progresses.
