"Very expensive for what you get."

"Everything was perfect! We enjoyed the pool and some golf putting time. I have to mention the bed and it was comfy and all of us slept through the night very well. We stayed on the first floor and the surrounding was quiet and rooms were sound proof. My son really enjoyed the s’more time at night and the location was also very convenient! "

"We had a lovely stay other than the fact that we paid for a queen bed and the bed was a full size. When I spoke to front desk they said that the owners claim all beds in that wing of the hotel are queens and kings but this was a common complaint they had. I would like to speak to management about this as I feel I was a little cheated out of my money. "

"Great location for walking around Monterey, however, not for getting a good night sleep. Had street facing room and had to sleep w/ windows open bc there’s no air conditioning. Nonstop noise from 12:30 am to morning. Conversations on the street, then two garbage collection and 2 different times, and then the 1hr squawking of seagulls before sunrise. Maybe, ask for an inside room if you value sleep. "

"I only stayed for one night and the only interaction I had was with front desk. She was great! The room itself was comfortable and mostly clean. Parking is easy and there's lots of it. It's also located pretty close to Marina State beach. I'd stay here again for sure."

"Half way through my shower when my hair had conditioner and my body was all covered in soap it lost all water pressure besides a dribble. I waited about 5 minutes and nothing changed so I did my best to rinse but I'm pretty sure I wasn't able to fully to rinse my hair and body. That was ridiculous"

"The staff was super nice they hooked me up with the best rooms with the best view. They are super clean too! Definitely worth every penny and also I will be coming back. "

"I couldn't tell if the sheets were swapped out or if they just reuse them because they were wrinkled where you normally sleep. Normally, if you watch something, there's no wrinkles in it. I asked for a late check out. They wanted to charge me $75. Probably not going back there again. "
