"Wonderful view!!!"

"We had two deluxe king rooms, the rooms were clean and spacious, comfy beds and pillows. Ac worked perfecly, black out shades were nice. As for noise i thought it was fine, never heard anyone else in their rooms. The morning hours you could hear familes coming and going, but it wasn't a big deal. Also, when we sleep, we ALWAYS have ear plugs. The food was good, it was a great free breakfast. We all enjoyed going down there and getting our coffee and breakfast. The coffee was really good, the pancake machine was cool! I would like to suggest a few more gluten free options. My daughter couldnt have the potatoes because they almost looked breaded but the facilty had no information on them. They did however provide a binder showing what is GF but the potatoes were the only thing not listed. And the cereals they had, none of them were gluten free. This was the only minor inconvenience."

"I can’t say enough about the staff! Everyone was so helpful and kind. The entire facility was squeaky clean. Our room, #439, was a corner room with an actual balcony with chairs, a view of cannery row and the bay. Because it was a corner room, it was bigger with a very large bathroom. Nice workout facility and pool too! Walking distance to good restaurants and a mile or two to excellent non-touristy eateries - Monterey Fish House & The Sand Bar on pier 2, so lots of options. We highly recommend the Intercontinental!"

"This is an older older hotel but that’s what makes it so cozy. My room didn’t have central heater/air but had a fire place. Some rooms do have Central heating and Air I think you need to ask the front desk if that’s important to you. My room was Comfy and clean. Staff was super friendly. They do provide valet parking and it is expensive they say it’s like $30+ dollars but after all these ridiculous add one it’s like $60 still it’s a great hotel "

"An interesting historic inn, overlooking a beautiful ocean view, and with more antique furniture in one place I’ve ever seen. But the best part was the kind people who served us delicious breakfasts, which is included in the rate. "
