「The website needs to be more specific on handicap accessibility. It really is not. Also, from the website. I thought it was on the same side as the ocean, not across the highway. Even with all that, the stay was fabulous. The desk clerk, Jessica, did all she could to find a room with the least number of steps for my wife. The valet, Sam, was excellent in bringing out baggage to the room.」

「I have chosen to stay at the Portola Hotel for five consecutive years, and it is always exceptionally pleasant. The location is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is safe and scenic, making my morning and evening strolls highly enjoyable. A special highlight this year was spotting wild sea otters near the hotel for the first time. It has truly become my go-to hotel in Monterey, and I already look forward to returning.」

「Lovely property. Just like the photos The dinning was exceptional Very clean.」
