「Great location, room was clean and seemed to have been updated. It was definitely nicer than our room at La Playa and the Coachman. The main challenges here are the limited parking and the many steps to unload and load our bags. We opted not to use the loading zone as it was also limited and we didn’t want to risk losing our spot in the lot and not be able to use the loading spot if it was already in use. The bathroom in our king with a fireplace room had no counter space or shelves to place...

「Really enjoyed our stay here - lovely room with high quality furnishings and linen. The breakfast and happy hour were really great touches! Parking a bit tricky - small spaces and limited. Having said that, we always got parked! Great location in the centre of Carmel! Staff also super helpful arranging to post an item we accidentally left behind. We would absolutely stay again!」

「The location was great. The room could use some updating. The ceiling was all patched from a Leak. The blanket was very thin. Worse thing was I pad through Expedia and they charged my card again when I checked out. This was even after the staff said oh you’re paid already when I checked in. So beware of double charges. I called and he credited me but never said sorry. So it wasn’t a mistake .」

「Comfort In で予約したのに、ホテルの名前が変わっていて、The Inn at 1252 Montereyになっていました。

「Everything about the property down to and including the community were very nice.」

「no smiling staff unwelcoming」
