Cleanest mom & pops hotel I have ever seen. Parking was easy. It is walkable to restaurants and shops but has some hills. Great place to stay.

The staff was kind. Room was clean but shabby - old furniture and linens. Great location - easy to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants but for almost $500 a night I expected it to be much nicer.

The staff was very kind. The room was clean but very shabby - old worn linens and bathroom window in need of repair. The location is terrific - you can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach but fur almost $500 a night I expected better.

Our room was big and had lots of room to put things. It was on a nice quiet street. Down town Carmel was quiet and cute. We would go back again.

This place was the absolute best. Great staff, amazing room. Had everything needed. Could have stayed for days, so tranquil with ocean views. Cute little breakfast brought to your door in a picnic basket. Just amazing personal touches and experience. So much to say positive. Grounds were beautiful landscaping. Could go on and on
