We go for the location and, generally, pretty good prices LOTS of steps and stairs to navigate, so if you have any back, knee, sight, or age related struggles; it’s very tough to get to and from room For young, or folks with nothing slowing them down, it’s a good place. Owner, Mike, is nice guy We’ve realized, for us, it’s run its course. We come to Carmel a couple times a year, but will go elsewhere next time"

"Did not have kitchen. Room was clean on surface but under beds and behind furniture was very dusty. Blinds in the room are filthy. Screen next to the front door was torn apart. Parking was right in front of unit so that was good. "

"Amazing hotel!!! The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The only thing is that there is no A/C since the property is older so keep that in mind BUT they do have fans to give you if needed. But they were amazing, bed was comfy and great views"

"Adorable aesthetic on an older style hotel that they’ve done a decent job keeping up. The rooms are simple but cozy and feel pretty clean. The staff are very friendly and pet friendly. The breakfast is fresh pastries, fruit, and coffee. Very walkable to downtown too."
