「ホテルの宿泊を楽しみにビッグサーまで行ったら、クローズしているとの事 予約もきちんとされていて、クローズである事について何も連絡が無く、宿泊代の40万円を返金したからオッケーみたいなのは不快すぎます。 ちゃんと予約をとったんだったら、急な出来事じゃ無い限り、連絡するのが普通だと思いのですが、普通の事が全く出来ないホテルです。」

「It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, at a reasonable rate for the area. It is close to a couple of good shopping centers, with easy access to Carmel Valley, and downtown Carmel-By-the-Sea. When we checked in, we were given a coupon for a complimentary happy hour appetizer at their restaurant. We took advantage of this and dined there as well. The food, while not Seventh & Dolores, was very good, as were the libations. The room was spacious enough, and clean. The bed was comfortable...
