「No ocean view, a long walk to beach,No chairs to sit in to eat at counter top. Stool with no backs too high for counter to eat while sitting in.Sofa needs replacing. Nice kitchen, TV easy to navigate. Easy to communicate for beach chairs we requested, but arrived the following day. Really needs some new furniture for comfortable relaxing in evenings in living room. I felt a bit over priced for this place.」

「The property was perfect for what we needed and very clean. We were close by to Pacific Grove. The free guest passes to the Aquarium were also a huge perk! The kitchen had plenty of pots and amenities so we were able to easily make our own food.」

「We came to Pacific Grove for a family vacation: two adults and one child. Our stay was so wonderful. Communication with Sanctuary Vacation was thorough and very positive. The house is very clean and cozy. It is in a wonderful location, walking distance to: restaurants, coffee shop, Lovers Point. We also took our bikes to Monterey Aquarium and it was a really easy ride. We have a large pickup truck and it fit just fine in the carport.If we can, we will be back again. Truly great.」

「Construction and heavy machinery on-ongoing on a small property. Workers flighting and yelling throughout the day. Windows do not shut fully, due to age/wood warping, layers of paint. Peeling paint and rotting wood around the window in the shower. Severe ant problem - by the 3rd day ants were everywhere in the kitchen, all over our stored food. The wood floors were rough and splinter easily, as well as the damaged wood deck. My son had a splinter when he forgot to wear flip flops one evening....
