単なる部屋貸し。

百歩譲って3日間ベッドメイクが一度も入らなかったのは別にいいことにしても、バスタオルは2枚しかなく、もちろんシーツや何かの予備があるわけでもない。シャンプー、トリートメント、シャワージェルも不足。ゴミは外のゴミ箱に捨てたけれど、他はサービスと呼ばれるものは何もない、単なるスペース貸しで、この値段ですか…。チェックインの際の対応だけはよかったです。

Close to the sea shore and Walmart. We enjoyed beutiful sunset over the horizon in the Pacific. We hoped to see the green light but no avail. Oraange juice served for the breakfast was watered down, much less tasty. Cost reduction overtime was surprising.

The room could've been cleaner but the location was awesome. However, the cleaning staff were extremely loud in the morning and it was hard to sleep. One of them was on the phone (loud speaker) and was yelling across the building.

Admittedly I did not read the reviews before booking. I relied on inaccurate photos, price, and location; lesson learned. Upon arrival the front desk was nice and check in was efficient. We went to our assigned room and found it to be a bit run down with water damage, rust, chips and dings on the walls, smoke detector missing with wires hanging down, and generally underwhelming. We were just going to deal with it until I found a large puddle and crack on the ground near one of the windows. I went to the front desk, the clerk did not seem surprised or apologize but did quickly assign us a new room directly above the previous room. I went to inspect the new room and found it in similar condition and an even larger puddle under a couch near a window. I immediately went to the front desk, again he reassigned us a new room. The new room was substantially smaller, the light switch near the door was not operable, and the only lights I could find were a desk lamp and the water closet light. I started my way back to the office and the clerk was already on his way to see if the room was okay. I told him it wasnt because of the lights. He was pretty annoyed with me and said there were lights and I told him to show me. There was just two desk lamps and a light switch hidden behind a microwave 10 feet away from the bathroom sink. The bedding had stains and was itchy, the TV did not fully function, and our last night we found a cockroach hanging on the wall. Loud road noise and loud guests

The walls are paper thin and this was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been at. Cleaning staff outside the room with loud rolling carts while singing at the top of their lungs. There was only one towel in the room. We were able to get another towel and a hand towel at the front desk, but no wash cloths. We were only given half a roll of toilet paper. Waited forever at the front desk - it wasn’t well attended. Overall poor experience.

Got there to check in around 11pm and there were three different groups all complaining that their rooms had no electricity or that the fire alarm was broken and going off. We decided not to risk it and ended up just driving all the way home 2.5 hours. The front desk guy was quick to cancel our reservation, though, so that was nice.

I have no complaints about the staff nor the breakfast but I will say that my room was definitely not the cleanest, I had exposed wires in my room from a smoke detector being taken out and never replaced, I left a burger in the box on the counter and came back to it later to find a German cockroach crawling out of it, beds weren’t very comfy, vending machine didn’t have very many options and had no sweet options. The pictures I feel are a little misleading. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the beach but a quick drive.

I am writing to formally report an extremely poor and unacceptable experience during our recent stay at your property. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, and it falls far below the standards expected of a hotel operating under the Radisson brand. We checked in at approximately 10:00 PM. Upon reaching our room, the key card did not work, forcing us to return to the front desk while already exhausted. Once we finally entered the room, we discovered there were no water bottles provided, which is a basic and standard amenity. To make matters worse, the intercom/phone in the room did not work, so I had to search for the hotel’s phone number online just to contact the front desk. When I called to request water, I was told to bring our own container and come downstairs to fill it ourselves. This required yet another trip to the lobby late at night. Shortly after, we discovered there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. At that point, we were too exhausted to go down yet again. The room itself was in very poor condition: - Multiple dirty stains throughout the room - The bathtub sank when someone stood in it, which is a serious safety concern - Towels were extremely cheap, synthetic, and unpleasant to use - Almost no proper lighting, only two small lamps - The TV controls were locked, leaving us stuck on a single channel (MTV) - The ironing board was dusty

Check in was the fastest check in I’ve ever experienced! 5 stars for that. Breakfast was 4 stars. Wish it had a little more variety but it was good! Hotel room was not great! Very run down. Looked nothing like the pictures. Walls were dirty. Just not what was expected. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Loud guests all day/night. Bathroom needs new fixtures including tub, faucet and shower head. Stains on the bedroom walls. Beds were filthy. No bath towels were provided. I asked housekeeping and they handed me medium towels (hand towels) when I specifically asked for bath towels. Breakfast was mediocre. Not worth the stay.

This place was very convenient with its location. It was near by a gas station, 7-eleven, and even a Walmart and near highway 1. The rooms were clean but cramped with the furniture so be aware and the rooms phone was not working. We asked for extra towels and they never arrived to our room so be aware you need to follow up.

We checked in with other guests and those guests were not happy which was worrisome. We went to see if our room was missing anything like other guests that were in lobby were also dealing with. Sure enough we also had no towels, the toom was dirty ; walls, dirty floors, no towels and missing pillows.. The stairs were hazardous as two were loose and a person could hurt themselves. No elevator either to assist a person with luggage or with physical needs. We then checked right out after we saw the bugs on the floor by the bed. That was not an acceptable room. Some of the stains on the floor were very questionable.
