The space
Our Studio has a privileged location in the Hotel Zone in front of "Playa Tortugas" 3 minutes from restaurants and night entertainment and 10 minutes from downtown Cancun.

The Department is ideal to offer you a comfortable stay, with family, friends, or on business trips.

They can have a wonderful time on the terrace, pool and sun loungers on the roof or cross the street and enjoy the sand and the sea.

We follow Advanced Cleaning Protocol, developed with the guidance of experts. Here are some of the highlights:

◈ We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists.
◈ We offer additional cleaning products so you can clean during your stay.
Guest access
Only guests will enjoy the apartment.

The pool is shared with the owners and other guests, when enjoying these areas we will only ask you to respect the rules of the condominium.

During your stay, the bracelet gives you full access to the property, including the pool and parking.
Other things to note
To book we require our guests to complete their profile by adding an verified ID. As hosts it gives us a better level of security and we really appreciate it.

The condominium will ask for your identification to access.

You will have to share with us at least 24 hours in advance your official identification and that of your companions to inform the condominium administration of your stay.

The Department is on the fourth floor (5th) and although there is an elevator, you should consider it.

The condominium does not provide the Lifeguard service, so you must take all precautionary measures and care, as well as respect the rules of the common areas.

The water in Mexico is not drinkable, so we recommend our guests not to cook or drink tap water.

During your stay remember to be clean, throw the garbage in the indicated deposits, take it out and do not leave food that could attract little animals.

Remember that you rent an and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or change of towels, (basic amenities are offered for your first night) if you have special requests do not hesitate to ask, we will always be willing to make your stay more pleasant.

For stays of more than a week, our cleaning staff can assist you in keeping the place clean and tidy, upon request in advance and with an additional charge per day.

Air conditioning is an included service but we try to be ecological. Turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the doors and windows open, as it can break down
